a bit about me:
I have over 30 years of experience in the health profession including counselling, consulting, nursing and volunteering in hospitals, community health, counselling agency, workplace and private practice. I have had the privilege of working with Veteran's Affairs, the Fire Dept, Aboriginal Affairs, Victim's Assistance, local Churches, as well as general counselling for individuals, couples and families in both the secular as well as spiritual domains.
My personal life journey has included a divorce, a 26 year marriage in which we raised a boy and a girl, the passing of my husband from a sudden illness, and remarriage for 9 years with now a blended family of four adult children and 3 grandchildren. I continue to live life to the fullest in my counselling passion and home/family life. My greatest joy presently are my 2 Grandchildren a boy and a girl. I continue to have a passion for counselling.
My goal is to empower clients to become all they are meant to be... in relationship to themselves and others.
